sins today i know how to get the extra 30 in cathan

but i want to know where can i get them with my tyra char?

try Vanyi in droks after you do the glint mission, and a snake guy in destiny's gorge gives you a quest, leads you outside augery, and then the 2nd guy gives you another 15 point quest.

First, get a quest in Destiny's Gorge called "Forgotten Wisdom". The second quest in that series will get you the first 15. Next follow the questline from Droknar's Forge that takes you to all the different cities (gotten from the NPC near storage). The last quest in that series will get you the second set of 15 attribute points.
